Approximately 80% of the searches performed are on a retained basis, but contingency searches are considered on a case-by-case basis. J.P. - Identify target companies, leverage proprietary database, and network with industry sources
- Contact and recruit potential candidates
- Screen and assess prospective candidates utilizing
competency-based interviews

Interviews and Evaluations
- Present qualified candidates
- Coordinate client interviews with candidates

Client Interviews/Select Candidate
- Communicate feedback between client and candidates
- Collaborate second-round and final interviews with client
- Discuss compensation and expectations with successful candidate
- Theorize offers to ensure candidate acceptance
- Communicate with client to finalize process for candidate offer acceptance
Step Five
Client Satisfaction/Candidate Transition
- Ensure smooth transition and integration for candidate
- Review quality of process following search completion
- Engage in client satisfaction discussion to ensure long-term relationship
